JOB DETAILS:
Job Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, RCA, equipment reliability, utilities, spares and compliance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime with minimal impact on production.
- Lead the maintenance team and manage manpower planning.
- Implement safety practices including LOTO, permits and PPE.
- Handle audits, qualifications, documentation and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.
- Manage contractors and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, EHS, Projects and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with MS Office/Excel, AutoCAD and SAP inventory management systems.
