Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager HR with a strong background in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and HR Analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, managing HR operations, and utilizing data analytics to drive HR strategies and decision-making. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
-Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
-Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
-Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
HR Operations:
-Oversee HR operations processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration.
-Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all HR practices.
-Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and objectives.
-Manage employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
-Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
HR Analytics:
-Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
-Generate reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, such as demography report, time-to-fill, and diversity metrics.
-Use data-driven insights to inform strategic HR decision-making and drive process improvements.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive analytics models for workforce planning and talent management.
Qualifications:
-Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-7+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and HR analytics.
-Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes.
-Experience using HRIS and data analytics tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Darwin Box, Tableau)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
