Team Leader-5 to 10 Years ( Team Leader on papers is required)

Job description:

Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/ Pre UW /Origination/Servicing
Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.
