Job Description:

  • We have an exciting opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates with good communication skills for International Non Voice and Voice Support.
  • We are looking for immediate joiners.
  • Will have excellent growth opportunities with organization.
  • Will have decent incentives based upon the upselling processes.
  • Transport boundary would be 23KM from office.
  • One way cab will be provided.
  • Another way shuttle services will be provided till or from raidurg metro station.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Revert on chats written by customer on varriety of issues.
  • The agent will have to present and sell company services to current & potential customers.
  • Resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership & deliver on customer commitments.
  • Liase with others within the process in the event where customerquery can’t be resolved at first point of contact.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Intermediate or Graduate freshers can apply (NO BE/BTECH freshers).
  • Graduates or Undergraduates with 1 year experience into international non voice or voice process candidates can apply.
  • Looking for excellent verbal communication.
  • Prior experience into international non voice or voice process would be an added advantage.
