Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with 2-8 years of experience
- Ph.D./Postdoc in Chemistry with 1-3 years of experience
Positions:
Role: Research & Development – Process R&D
Responsibilities:
- Synthesis of APIs and advanced intermediates
- Design of chemistry routes (Route Scouting) for process scale-up
- Hands-on experience in medicinal chemistry and early-phase process development
- Adherence to safety practices in lab operations
Preferred Skills:
- Background in CDMO/CRAMS division is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Process Research, Process Development, and Process R&D
