Roles and Responsibilities:
- Fresher with good communication.
- Adhere to TAT and accuracy, report out daily performance and update all performance logs and Report KPI’s/SLA’s as per agreed timelines
- Exposure into Helpdesk metrics
- Excellent Communication to handle International clients
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post-graduate in any stream
- Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones between 6 pm to 5 am
- Must be skilled in MS Word and Excel
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1. Freshers with good English Communication is Mandatory
- 2. Qualification : Graduation compulsory (Without any standing arrears)
- 3. Shifts – Night shift
- 4. Work Location: Sholinganallur ELCOT Chennai
- 5. Rounds of interview : HR Screening, Versant Test and Operations Interview
