Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Home Loan Sales Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Home Loan Sales Executives, driving sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Home Loan Sales Team Leader will play a key role in motivating and coaching the team to achieve their goals while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:*
- – Lead and manage a team of Home Loan Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- – Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
- – Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- – Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- – Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Underwriting, to streamline processes and optimize customer experience.
- – Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the home loan market.
- – Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
- – Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:*
Intermediate and Above
Salary Max 5 LPA+ Unlimited Incentives
Proven track record of success in home loan sales or a similar role, with at least [X years] of experience.
