QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Residential Mortgage Origination, including Loan Setup, Income Calculation, Asset Management, or Pre-Underwriting (PAR).
- Flexibility to work in 24×7 shifts with rotational offs, including weekends and night shifts.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available within 30 days preferred.
- Transport facility available.
Responsibilities:
- Verify loan quality per US mortgage requirements and lender guidelines.
- Review borrower and third-party documentation, analyzing details for compliance and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a team-oriented work environment.
- Interpret credit underwriting guidelines while ensuring accuracy in file setup for underwriting.
- Manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organizational accuracy.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of US Residential Mortgage guidelines, including income and asset calculations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to a paperless environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
