Job Role:
Process executive(Fresher with Excellent communication/ Basic knowledge in content review).
Job Description:
You will need to extract relevant information on Activities, Events and Topics related to Points of Interest / businesses, in-line with provided Training and Policy Guidelines and further manage the process metrics on a daily / weekly and monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough secondary research to comprehend various resources for information extraction related to activities and events of the given business.
- Read User reviews and extract the activities that can be performed for those Points of interest or Place topics.
- Refer images and videos to extract activities related to that Place topic.
- Evaluate activities and events, and categorize them into different buckets based on instructions
- Identify relevant / irrelevant aspects related to business category, reviews, queries, etc. used for comparing and rating a place.
- Making sure the tasks allotted are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time.
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics for improvement opportunities.
Skills required:
- Communication: English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Mandatory competency: Good English comprehension with Logical Ability, Data Interpretation.
- Reading and Comprehension: Person should be able to read and comprehend content given, and establish context with the given task.
- Research skills: Ability to conduct thorough research using Google platform on a variety of pages related to the POIs being evaluated. This includes being able to identify credible sources of information, evaluate the quality, and summarize complex information in a clear and concise way.
- General Awareness: Candidate should have awareness on consumer services such as food & beverages, restaurant, leisure activities, lifestyle and entertainment domains.
- Work timings: Should be able to work in different shifts and locales depending on the business requirement.
- General skills: Attention to detail and accuracy, proficient with computers and MS office / equivalent platforms.
