Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance – Personal Lines, Policy Servicing, Administration, or Underwriting Support.
Experience in insurance-related payments out/servicing tasks.
Good knowledge of insurance principles with applied experience.
15 years of full-time education (No correspondence courses).
Flexible to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Strong communication skills – ability to articulate clearly.
All educational and employment documents must be provided.
Salary credit must be through bank transactions (No cash-in-hand salaries from previous employers).
Original Photo ID Proof (PAN Card / Aadhaar Card).
All Educational Certificates (X / XII / Graduation / PG and any other relevant certificates).
Employment Documents (Experience Letters, Salary Slips, etc.).
Updated Resume (CV).
Important Norms During the Interview Process
