Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Job Location : PAN India (West, Central, North, South)
1.To carry out hands-on mechanical service work within the customer site or repair facilities if required.
2. Troubleshoot and assist with corrective action and repairs.
3. Write field reports for submission to the customer and internal departments outlining problems
encountered, action(s) taken, and future recommendations.
4. Complete field inspections per global procedures. Escalate questions and analysis to Technical
Support and Engineering.
5. Reviewing and submitting service report as when required.
6. To carry out commissioning of unit equipment
7. To escalate when service deliverables are not met
8. To order parts required to carry out services
9. To conduct the Preventive visit / Service Audit on a Monthly / Quarterly basis
10. Stay updated on the latest technical developments/benchmark industry practices on service and
technical support and provide recommendations
