BLENDING:
Ability to handle shift plans for formulation activities. Operate and maintain equipment like autoclave, blending vessels. Preparation and review of SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation/Qualification Protocols. Ability to handle and maintain equipment like autoclave, blending vessels, CIP and SIP skids.
FILLING:
Ability to handle shift plans for filling activities. Operate and maintain equipment like Vial washing, Tunnel Sterilizer, Filling and Capping. Preparation and review of SMF, MFR, BPR, SOPs, Validation/Qualification Protocols.
PACKING & LABELLING:
1. Operation of Vial labelling Machine & VVM dot Machines with Inspection system.
2. Operation of Videojet and Control print Printer for Batch Coding.
3. Operation of Track & Trace System
4. Monitoring of Cold room temperatures.
5. Monitoring of Deep freezers temperatures.
6. To do online documentation on BPR, Log Book and GCRs
7. To get training on the SOPs concerned to Packing department
8. To get trained in equipment related to packing area.
9. To maintain discipline and cleanliness in the packing department
