- Experience:2-5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Department :Assay Biologist
Skills:
· Candidate with good knowledge on cell culturing techniques & cell-based assays. Ex: Cell viability assay, Transfection, High-throughput Screening, Western Blotting, multiplex ELISA, Immunofluorescence assays, and Cell migration assays, flowcytometry etc.
· Experience on PBMC isolation, T cell purification/activation/differentiation assays.
· Hands on experience of conducting biochemical assays (HTRF, ADP-Glo, Alpha LISA)
· Should have hands on experience on other cellular assays- Reporter assays, Cytotoxicity assays, gene expression studies etc.
· Should independently work and analyze the data.
· Well versed with the data analysis software, Excel, Prism-GraphPad & FlowJo
