Job Title: Sales Coordinator.

Job location: Mumbai (Nariman Point)

Job Description :

  • Generate the reports from SAP (Pending, dispatch, sales order, STO)
  • Punching the sales orders in the SAP system
  • Allocation (in Excel format)
  • After getting the schedule from the Vapi site, share the dates with customers.
  • Giving the comments on dispatch plan every day, Share the dispatch details once the product has moved from the site.
  • MIS Report once a month
  • Expect sales report (thrice a month)
  • Coordinate with the plant for dispatches. (Phone & emails)
  • Authorization of Vadodara sales order
  • Preparing the d/n,c/n & sales return in SAP.
