Positions:
- DMPK Department: Requires MSc/M Pharm/PhD in relevant fields with 2 to 12 years of experience.
- Process R&D Department: Requires MSc (2-8 years experience) or PhD (0-3 years experience).
- Particle Science & Engineering Department: Requires MSc/M Pharm with 2 to 8 years of experience.
Skill Set:
- In Vivo PK, design, conduct, and interpret in vivo pharmacokinetics
- SME QC in ADME/PK and Bioanalysis: Review ADME/PK study reports
- Modelling and simulation: PK-PD, PBPK, Gastroplus, Simcyp, PK-SIM and R
- Transporters and hepatocytes research: uptake and inhibition
- Physicochemical properties: Solubility, LogD, PPB, GSH
- Metabolism: Microsomes, Hepatocytes, CYP inhibition
- Cell culture: permeability- MDCK, Caco-2
- IND-enabling studies. In Vitro ADME/PK and Bioanalysis
- Process Development & Scale-up
- Crystallization, Polymorphism, PAT, Particle Engineering, Tech Transfer and Modelling Studies
