Education Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream

Core experience

  • 0-4 Years of working experience in Insurance sales

Preferable Knowledge/Experience

  • GI product knowledge

Identify opportunities of insurance products to SBI wealth customers. – Interact with all customers and solicit right insurance products as per their need and identify and create need. – Identify opportunities to maintain product mix to achieve top and bottom line while maintaining defined LR and COR. – Increase RM participation and activation. – Identify customers for upsell and Cross-sell opportunities to achieve set business plan

Conduct meetings with new customers, visit the clients to understand requirements and fulfill insurance needs. – Conduct periodic reviews with banks officials to drive business numbers and address any concerns which may be hampering business – Assess and consider all kinds of risk to make informed decisions

Provide detailed information about new products and new selling techniques to grow the business – Develop and maintain relationship with all the key stakeholders at the wealth hubs to achieve increase volume growth. – Identify and motivate suitable candidates for SP program – Periodic training on new products and refresher on existing products.Role:
