- Executives – 4 to 8 years of experience in supervising production operations (Manufacturing / Packing / Training Coordination activities)
- Executives / Sr Executives – 7 to 8 years of Experience in QMS activities (Change Controls, Investigations, Incidents, & CAPA preparation)
- Assistant Managers – 10 to 12 years of experience in handling Market Complaints & QMS activities in Packing areas.
- Assistant Managers – 10 to 12 years of experience in managing Blister and Bottle lines within the Oncology block.
- Assistant Manager – 10 to 12 years of experience in overseeing packing line operations and managing manpower.
