Job Responsibilities
Injection Moulding Operations
- Injection moulding machine parameter setting.
- Machine-wise production planning.
- Manpower handling and coordination.
- Injection and Injection Blow Moulding operations.
Production & Process Control
- Loading and operating production machines.
- Process parameter setup and monitoring.
- Printing, assembly, and vision inspection machine operations.
- Line clearance activities.
Quality & Documentation
- Knowledge of plastic moulding processes.
- Quality control and rejection control activities.
- BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) documentation.
- Maintenance of production records and reports.
Compliance & GMP
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Adhere to company quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with established manufacturing procedures.
Inspection & Monitoring
- Periodic inspection of products from multiple machines.
- Identify quality issues and escalate uncontrollable situations to supervisors.
- Support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
