Designation: Retail Field Sales Executive
CTC per annum: Rs. 4,50,000 Per Annum (Maximum) + Insurance & Other Benefits, Attractive Incentives will be provided apart from Salary.
Please note: We can open for negotiation above the mentioned CTC given the candidate is a proven performer in previous organization.
Job Description :
Sell company products / services to targeted customers in the assigned area of the branch
Attend all enquiry calls with in TAT
Generating Own leads by way of Door-to-Door activity & through Cold calls in the assigned area
Submitting daily call reports to reporting manager
Conducting weekly BTL activity through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Boucher Distribution etc.
Conducting & participating in on Ground activity / Group activity to counter competition
Generating sales from Low Utilized Element within the assigned area to maximize capacity utilization
Eligibility Criteria :
SSC (min.), Inter, Graduation or equivalent degree
1 yr (Min.) Experience in sales from any industry
Passion For Sales
Good Communication Skills
Should be flexible to work Travel and work in Field
It is a field job for which bike /original Driving License or Learning License is compulsory.
