Positions
Medical Representative (MR):
- Eligibility: B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc graduates
- Age Limit: Up to 25 years
- Responsibilities:
- Promote and present products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals
- Generate prescriptions
- Manage chemists, distributors, and stockists
- Participate in product promotion activities, CMEs, and conferences
Area Manager (AM):
- Eligibility: Any graduate with pharma sales background
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
- Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales for assigned HQs
- Team management: train, motivate, and lead sales reps
- Doctor & chemist visits, territory development
- Sales forecasting, reporting, and data analysis
- Efficiently manage the distribution network
Required :
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage a team (for AM role)
