Are you a detail-oriented planning engineer with a passion for construction and project management? We want YOU to join our dynamic team!
Positions: Sr. Engineer/ Assistant Manager/ Manager – Planning
Locations: Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Tamilanadu, Gujarat ( Should be flexible to relocate)
Qual: BE/ B. Tech/ M. Tech Civil with 6-20 years of experience in Industrial, Residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do:
Develop detailed project schedules, including timelines, milestones, and deadlines using project management tools like Primavera, MS Project, etc.
Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams to understand project scope and requirements.
Establish project baselines and ensure that the project progresses according to the planned schedule.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays or deviations.
Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and recommending corrective actions.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a planning engineer in the construction industry especially Industrial, Factories, Commercial, Residential projects
Strong knowledge of project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project needs.
