Job description
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding processes, including documentation, background verification, induction, and system setup for new hires.
Administer exit formalities such as clearance processes, exit interviews, and final settlements.
2. HRIS and Records Management
Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and ensure data confidentiality.
Generate reports and analytics for workforce metrics, attrition rates, and other HR KPIs.
3. Payroll and Benefits Administration
Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Manage employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, leave policies, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
4. Compliance and Policy Adherence
Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
Conduct periodic audits of HR processes and documentation.
5. Employee Query Resolution
Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits promptly.
Serve as a bridge between employees and HR leadership for operational matters.
6. Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in HR operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and HR technology advancements.
7. Event Coordination and Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and coordinate HR-related events and activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for training and development programs.
