Responsibilities:
Production:
Assist in the manufacturing process, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and control production processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Maintain production records and reports.
Quality Control (QC):
• Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
• Document and report test results accurately.
• Assist in the development and validation of QC methods.
Research & Development (R&D):
• Support R&D projects by conducting experiments and analyzing data.
• Assist in the formulation development and process optimization.
• Maintain detailed lab notebooks and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Engineering:
• Provide technical support for production equipment and facilities.
• Participate in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
