Job description
Process Evaluation, Process Protocol Optimization, troubleshooting for the Production of several types of products and Carry out root cause analysis for the Nonconformity and take CAPA. Identification of Risks & Hazards, Environmental aspects & Evaluation and Review the same through HAZOP study
Ensuring the product manufacturing as per the norms of cGMP, Utilities
monitoring, Identifying the losses and Minimization, Optimization of process
conditions. Heat transfer area of condensers to be matched with process requirement.
Yield Improvements, Technology Transfer from Lab scale to Plant scale Studies, successful validation of new products, Minimizing the solvent losses during Process Distillation and Solvent Recovery System Calculating consumption co-efficient.Role:
