Production Formulations (Vaccines)
- Qualifications Required: M.Sc. (Life Sciences) / B. Pharmacy / Diploma / B.Sc.
- Experience : 0 to 9 Yrs. (Should be willing to work in shifts)
Blending:
Manage shift plans for formulation activities
Operate autoclaves, blending vessels, CIP & SIP skids
Filling:
Manage filling shift plans
Operate vacuum cleaners, tunnel sterilizers, filling & capping machines
Engineering
- Qualifications Required: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- Experience : 2 to 9 Yrs.
Process Equipment:
- Breakdown & preventive maintenance of vial washing, filling, capping, autoclave, labeling machines, jacketed vessels, lyophilization
- Efficiently handle shift operations
- Maintenance of Fermentors / Bioreactors
- Maintenance of Autoclave
- Maintenance of Process Vessels
Instrumentation:
Shift handling of BMS, breakdown maintenance, calibration, AMC & interim projects
Troubleshooting in PLC & SCADA systems
