Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for Corporate Social Responsibility – plastic recycling. The role entails managing and implementing plastic recycling initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainability efforts, and executing community engagement programs.
We are looking in for a dynamic Executive CSR, with 5+ years of experience to be part of our CSR team in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of CSR laws, community engagement, and CSR program delivery. The recruit will play a pivotal role in driving positive social impact

Responsibilities
- Support in managing the CSR program of the company. development and implementing of new CSR programs and projects as per company required time to time in alignment with CSR strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR principles into business operations
- Plan and execute community engagement activities, volunteer initiatives, and philanthropic projects to support education, health, environmental sustainability, and other key areas.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of CSR programs, tracking key performance indicators and reporting on outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparing monthly CSR reports and progress reports.
- Stay informed about CSR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards.
- Communicate CSR initiatives internally and externally through various channels, including presentations, reports, and social media.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in a relevant field (CSR, Sustainability, Social works, or Business Mgmt.).
- 5+ years of experience in related fields.
- Strong knowledge of CSR principles, practices, and trends, with a passion for making a positive impact on society.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute CSR initiatives effectively.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, government officials, and NGO partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others around CSR goals and objectives.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyse data to measure the impact of CSR programs and drive continuous improvement.
- English language proficiency, hands on knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, design tools like Canva etc.
