Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase primary sales, distributor handling, and general trade sales.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of General Trade Sales principles and practices.
  • 4-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales or Beverages industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong customer relationships.
