Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase primary sales, distributor handling, and general trade sales.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, including wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of General Trade Sales principles and practices.
- 4-8 years of experience in FMCG Sales or Beverages industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong customer relationships.
