- Complete assigned work within defined SLA/TAT timelines.
- Monitor and enhance individual performance metrics.
- Ensure correct and verified data on mapping platforms.
- Maintain zero client or customer escalations and high user satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Hindi.
- Experience in International Voice Process preferred.
- Proficient with computers and MS Office tools.

- Basic knowledge of Google Maps, geography, and navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
