Job description
- 1 to 6 years of RTP/I2P (Request To Pay/ Invoice To Pay) experience
- Should have end to end knowledge on Accounts payable & Procurement.
- Receives, researches, and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate stake holders.
- Good at basic accounting
- Handles all vendor correspondence via email and chat.
- Understand all aspects of assigned work to effectively provide customer service.
- Should be capable of handling complex inquiries.
- Good communication skills (Oral and written)
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Quick learning skills
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and ERPs (SAP & Ariba(optional))
