Qualifications and Experience:
Education level – Graduate
Experience – At least 1 year of experience in Voice process mandatory
Responsibility Statements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
- Good English verbal and written skills required
- Preferred candidates with experience in Healthcare Insurance Industry (Call Center/
Backend) - Provide product and service information to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Respond to customer’s issues on TAT
- Graduation Mandatory
- Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones)
