Role & responsibilities
- Acquisition of high-net-worth customers in the mapped geography.
- To know & offer various banking products to both individuals and institutional set of customers.
- To be the subject matter expert representative face of DCB BANK for the HNW banking segment.
- Individual role with New-to-bank customer acquisition responsibility for Liability and other banking products
- Work as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Track & achieve of allocated goal sheet targets and performance benchmarks as per units business objectives
- Understand various banking products and processes for both individual and institutional customer segments.
- Monitor operational compliances & maintain business MIS thereof
