Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets
2. Open to travel both domestically and internationally for client meetings, presentations, and relationship building
3. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, market research, networking, and digital platforms
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals
6. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective customer solutions and post-sales support
8. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM data
9. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
10. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
11. Stay updated with industry trends and developments to refine business development strategies
Education and experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
2. A degree or courses in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, IT) will be an added advantage
3. 1-2 years of experience in domestic and international sales, business development, preferably within digital marketing, e-commerce, creative services, or design-related industries
4. Experience in a technical sales environment is a plus
Skills & competencies:
1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
3. Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic environments
6. Fluency in English; additional language skills are desirable

1. A PC/Laptop with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, a mid-end processor, an RTX graphics card, and an OS of your choice
2. Internet connection with a minimum of 50 MBPS and with an uninterrupted power supply
