Role & responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Should be flexible working in rotational night shifts.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in international customer support.
- Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Candidates with a BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degree will not be eligible to apply.
