Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize Hub Operations in line with logistics and supply chain standards.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a productive team environment.
- Uphold Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP), SOPs, and SLAs.
- Prepare business dashboards, manage budgeting, and oversee cash handling.
- Coordinate with departments for regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct team meetings, minimize attrition, and develop team leaders.
- Maintain safety standards, facility hygiene, and shipment accuracy.
- Address grievances through open house meetings and follow-up actions.
- Achieve KPIs related to capacity utilization and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with local vendors, manage cash collection, and ensure financial reconciliation.
- Monitor Team Leaders’ performance and identify talent for career progression.
Preferred Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics operations management, preferably in a hub environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
