Job description
Role & responsibilities
Chemical handling:
Properly dosing chemicals like chlorine or and ozone to maintain water quality and prevent microbial growth.
Maintenance and troubleshooting:
Performing routine maintenance on water treatment equipment, identifying and resolving any operational issues.
Record keeping:
Maintaining detailed logs as per BIS,FSSAI and parle agro standards include GMP, GHK and schedule IV .
Knowledge of HACCP ,CCP ,OPRP as per the plant process ,
Internal trying
roles ,CAPA preparations of RCA .
Chemicals testing as per BIS and regular inhouse testings Form 2 ,form 3.
Chemical standards preparations .
Knowledge of Trouble shooting in process areas .
Sending samples to OSL as per the frequency of BIS.
Inspection of personal hygiene and internal cleaning schedules and plant hygiene.
Daily monitoring of GHK as per the GMP act of FSSAI .
