Job Description
- • Responsible for order entry into KSN per requisitions received from various VMS tools and
distribution of requisition to Recruitment.
• Where recruitment does not have access to VMS tool (MV accounts, and/or accounts
supported locally) team liaises between recruitment and VMS tool to submit candidates to
customer, coordinates interviews, offers and work order (PO) creation.
• Mass / manual order creation and data entry.
• Support specific to P&I.
• Over 125 unique clients supported; over 30 unique VMS tools.
• Where possible fit, working with business to move to an automated order entry process via
Bullhorn Order Automation (aka VMSA); separately and simultaneously:
• Under Thanos, working with I/T to design potential automation solution into KSN for accounts
that do not fit VMSA model.
