Job description
Note: -Company will provide accommodation and food facility to the candidates who are willing to relocate.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential projects, and experience in managing design, construction and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design and construction of residential projects, including site development, grading .
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Manage project budgets and provide regular updates to management.
- Work collaboratively with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and government agencies.
- Identify and address project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s OR masters degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential projects.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
