 Key Responsibilities:

 Provide exceptional customer service through email, chat, and social media
 Handle customer inquiries & complaints professionally
 Offer quick & effective resolutions to customer issues
 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
 Collaborate with the team to achieve process goals

 Skills & Qualifications:

 Education: Any Graduate (Non-BTech Only)
 Experience: Freshers are welcome!
 Must-Have:
 Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
 Customer service mindset & problem-solving abilities
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Basic computer skills & knowledge of CRM tools
