Customer Interaction & Query Handling

  • Handle inbound customer calls related to:
    • Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Debit Cards
    • Deposits, Loans, Mutual Funds, Forex & Prepaid Cards
  • Resolve billing, payment, EMI, and statement queries
  • Process service requests like:
    • Card hotlisting & re-issuance
    • NetBanking / Debit Card PIN requests
    • Fixed Deposit & Demand Draft requests
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and adherence to TATs

Call Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain service quality benchmarks
  • Accurate data capture in CRMNext
  • Follow audit, KYC, and authentication processes
  • Ensure error-free logging and compliance with bank policies

Cross-Sell & Customer Delight

  • Cross-sell eligible products responsibly
  • No mis-selling – strict adherence to bank guidelines
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
