Job description

Role :- Gold Appraiser

Key Responsibilities:-

1.To ensure 100% right valuation – capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction.

2.Adhering to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies of IIFL KYC

adherence, maintaining all important registers etc.

3.Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.

4.Maintaining the quality of portfolio by tracking & controlling the threshold IRR and prompt resolution

of queries pre & post loan disbursal.

5.Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the

proper catchment areas and to generate leads for prospective Customers.

6.Ensure to bring in New CUIDs ( New Customers) and maintain good relationship with existing customers for generating renewal & referral business.

7.Ensuring to call customers as per CRM leads (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads)

and update in system.

8.Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher

revenue.

9.Drive cross-selling of other financial products to existing customers.

Preferred candidate profile: Candidates with one year plus gold loan experience are preferred.

Role: Customer care executive

Key Responsibilites:

1.Attending Customer Walk Ins and addressing customer grievances w.r.t. Gold Loan process & various schemes

available at IIFL.

2.Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.

3.Ensure to adhere to standard operations procedure of organization and maintain all important registers at

branch level.

4.Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.

5.Ensure to bring in New CUIDs ( New Customers) and maintain good relationship with existing customers for

generating renewal & referral business.

6.Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the proper

catchment areas and generate leads for prospective customers.

7. Ensuring to call customers as per CRM leads (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads) and

update in system.

8.Ensuring strong follow up for interest collections to keep NPAs in control & thereby achieving higher revenue.

9.Drive cross-selling of other financial products to existing customers.
