Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- 100% Attendance Adherence
- Taking calls for collecting EMIs for delinquent customers
- Call Quality should be 100% adherence as per calling script
- Achieve daily resolution rate (DRR)
- Ensure 100% adherence to be follow and need to speech online payments on on-call on connected calls
- Basic knowledge in Excel
Education and Experience
- Graduate Must
- Minimum 1-3 year experience
- Languages Telugu,English and Hindi
