Skills (Essential)
- Experience with ensuring Quality in a software delivery environment as well as testing complex systems.
- Hands-on experience in a multitude of domains; including consuming and understating requirements in an agile environment, business analysis, database development, quality engineering, business process development and refinement, and process mapping.
- Experience with UI /API automation tools like Cucumber, selenium, rest assured, Cypress, Playwright.
- Experience with Non-Functional Testing such as Performance, Reliability, chaos, penetration etc.
- Experience with test data identification and creation.
- Exposure to test management tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure / ALM).
- Java / java script programming experience.
- Experience pairing with developers to design, build, and improve test automation.
- Strong experience with a variety of test data management patterns and ability to recommend an appropriate pattern based on use case.
- Hands-on DevOps experience developing and delivering products in a collaborative, agile environment.
- Able to look beyond the status quo and identify areas of constant change/improvement.
- Experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- CI/CD experience using CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Bamboo, GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Strong exposure to build tools like Maven and Gradle.
- Experience working on messaging-based applications/services, service contract and microservice architecture.
Skills (Desirable)
- Integrate automated tests in the Pipeline, run, maintain and troubleshoot.
- Apply Left-shift mindset and involve in validating the quality gates, Code quality metrics (Sonar, Checkmarx, Insight scans etc.)
