Designation: Trainee Process Associate
Eligibility: 10+2, Any Graduate/PG
O to 2 Years with BPO or Any Voice Experience
We are looking for candidate with Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills.
Rounds of Interview :HR, V&A, and Ops Round.
Working days: 5 Days (Sat & Sun fixed off)
Candidate should be flexible with Shift timing: Night Shift (6PM to 3AM)

Roles and responsibility
An AR (Accounts Receivable) caller in medical billing is responsible for following up on unpaid claims and outstanding balances from patients and insurance companies. Their roles and responsibilities include:
Contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on unpaid claims and outstanding balances.
Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.
Resolving billing discrepancies and denials from insurance companies.
Updating patient accounts with accurate and current information.
Documenting all communication and follow-up activities in the billing system.
Providing excellent customer service to patients and addressing any billing inquiries or concerns.
Collaborating with other departments, such as coding and billing, to ensure accurate and timely claim submissions.
Adhering to relevant healthcare regulations and standards, such as HIPAA, when handling patient information.
Overall, an AR caller plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of a medical practice by effectively managing accounts receivable and optimizing
revenue collection.
