  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exchange online protection and admin center is mandatory.
  • Work experience on O365, active directory, Bit locker, MS teams, BSOD, driver installation, troubleshooting. Knowledge on Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate the difference between Service Requests and Incidents.
  • Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
  • Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
  • Talents should be based out of Hyderabad
  • Work from Office is mandatory, No option of hybrid and WFH.
  • 24*7 Shifts are mandatory.
