Senior Process Executive (1-3 years experience)
Process Specialist (3-5 years experience)
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & KYC Verification
Risk-based assessment (Low, Medium, High risk customers)
AML Compliance & Monitoring (Including FATF, OFAC, GDPR)
Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients
Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) Filing
Collaboration with Compliance, Legal & Risk teams
Qualifications:
Education: B.Com, BBA, or related field
Experience: 1-5 years in KYC, AML, Compliance, Risk Management
Skills:
Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
Attention to detail & risk awareness
Proficiency in KYC tools & databases
Good communication & teamwork skills
Preferred: CAMS Certification & knowledge of UK & global AML/KYC
