- Domain Skills:
- US Residential Mortgage Origination Process (pre-closing, post-closing, underwriting, etc.)
- CRU Certification (Certified Residential Underwriter – MBA)
- Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, LOS & AUS systems
- Experience in all loan types: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional
- Familiar with wage, pension, SSA, rental income evaluations
