Skill – PTP
Shift – US Shifts/Night shifts
Exp – 1 to 6 years
Education – BBA/B.Com/MBA/M.Com
- Daily processing of invoices in SAP (PO/Non PO)
- Process Debit/Credit note in SAP
- Processing Vendor Payments as per schedule
- Managing Vendor queries in day-to-day basis
- Managing supplier reconciliation on monthly basis
- Processing Travel & Expenses in concur for payment.
- Processing Vendor Maintenance request
- Provide business support for all PR/PO related activities incl. changes and closures
- Manage business queries relating to Purchasing within agreed SLAs
- Performing period end activities like Accrual, GRIR Reconciliation & Ageing report
- Interact effectively with upstream and downstream teams.
Experience required:
- Basic Graduate in Commerce
- 1- 5 years of experience in a BPO environment, preferably Retail/CPG Industry.
- Hands-on experience in Invoice Processing, Vendor Payments, Vendor Query, Vendor Recon & T&E
- Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools
- Proficient MS Excel
Skill sets:
