Qualifications

  • Graduate in any stream (business or technical discipline preferred).
  • Proficiency in creating Instructional Design documents and storyboards.
  • Experience managing training administration support activities.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create Instructional Design documents and Storyboards as required.
  • Communicate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content gathering.
  • Oversee course development projects and ensure delivery requirements are met.
  • Manage work scope and ensure adherence to quality expectations.
  • Utilize appropriate tools for task execution.
  • Compile and rectify Feedback/Fault Reports.
  • Monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare Learning Analytics reports and dashboards.
  • Set up quality and audit guidelines.
  • Handle escalations effectively.
