What you will do:
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues related to medical matters.
- Provide support through backend operations.
- Verify documents related to medical matters.
- Handle international medical back-office processes with expertise in pharmacy operations.
What we look for:
- Exceptional English reading, comprehension, and writing skills.
- Freshers must have a degree in a medical background (Pharmacy).
- Experienced candidates must have experience in the medical domain.
- Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate with reviewers and various teams across the globe.
- Flexibility with shifts (Night, Rotational and Graveyard shifts) as per business requirements.
- Immediate joiners only.
- Knowledge of legal drafting, medical summaries, or copywriting/editing experience is a plus.
