Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Support through Voice and Chat.
  • Candidate should have atleast 6 months experiance in International Voice Process.
  • Carry sales or customer support experience.
  • Previous relevant experience.
  • Ability to build rapport with the customer.
  • Ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
